a good surprise!
comfy beds spacious room convenient parking warming host
kath sent me a message the day before i arrived. my standard double room had comfy beds. the room offered a spacious feel. i found this very warming and cute indeed. parking was conveniently located across the road and seemed good value too.
the room was slightly smaller than anticipated.

The owners greeted me upon arrival and gave me a quick tour. staff promptly address guest requests. the team seemed always available to assist and answer questions. The service was excellent.

attentive owners good value faulty shower small room
The owners were attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. the car park across the road offered good value.

Kath's kindness was nice. The hotel was notably clean. It also had a quiet atmosphere. The location was also very good.

some issues noticed.
small room tired appearance
the room was too small really. it felt cramped with two people. the shower was not good and the toilet did not flush well either. i had to flush it several times, and that was really annoying. the whole place seems tired, it needs an update. i did not expected that for the price.

The ensuite room had a kettle with tea and coffee. The décor had a neat, well-kept feel, i noticed.
THE shower worked fine, but the water pressure was not very strong.
